We felt at home right away. Plenty of cozy touches like books, games, and puzzles. Plus comforts of home including an abundance of towels and toiletries, and kitchen basics. Helpful information from Wendy made our arrival and departure stress-free.

Refreshing and peaceful! Located just enough away from everything to feel private , but not isolated. Loved all the little details about the place, even down to the shower and color coordinated decorations—so unique, charming and did help us feel so comfortable being there!

Great place with plenty of room to spread out. Appreciated the many bed options so we could make it work for our group. Excellent access to Colgate and surrounding area, and beautiful place to wake up in the morning. Wendy was quick to help with directions and suggestions, and it we are so glad that she shared her house with us! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Both the Farmhouse and the Barn house were quite nice. We were traveling for a family wedding and the location was great. Wendy was very accommodating and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice conversion of a barn into accommodations, especially enjoyed the picture book showing the process. It was very well insulated, cleverly finished, and as bright and cheery as an old barn could be. Close to Colgate, private, well appointed, and cozy - everything we want in an Airbnb. We would definitely book again!

The Farmhouse was a lovely, cozy place to spend time with friends. The nearby river provided a tranquil spot to have coffee, read, and sketch. This might be the most well-provisioned AirBnB I've ever visited, with everything from razors to peanut butter to a guitar—not to mention the plethora of board games! Wendy was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at the barnhouse. Enjoyed the short drive into Hamilton for food, entertainment, and a taste of the local community. Would highly recommend and/or stay again!

Our stay was amazing! Beautifully maintained home with an adorable barn house for more guests. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Wendy was very friendly and informative. We all enjoyed our weekend away and will definitely visit again. Thank you Wendy!

I can't say enough about this beautiful farm home and barn house. It was the perfect location and setting for our recent family gathering; perfectly situated in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet close to town, main roads and activities. The hosts were exceptional, and always responsive throughout the planning and check-in process. The home is warm and welcoming, and exactly as described with lovely furnishings, lots of amenities and lots of added little touches, ensuring all your needs are met. This will definitely be our gathering place for future family get togethers. Thank you, Wendy & Will for making this such a wonderful visit for us.
